Service Description

We are working our way through the CIA Professional Chef textbook. We completed Stocks & Sauces in fall 2025, and will begin the Cooking Methods unit in February 2026. It's not too late to join the class, and if you miss a few dates, that's okay!

Beginning September 1, 2022, payment must be made at time of registration. Refunds will be given up to 48 hours in advance of class. Cancellations within the 48 hour period will be eligible for a future class credit.* Thank you. *Class credits will be subject to availability.
