Cancellation Policy
Effective immediately: Payment must be made at time of registration. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled class/camp, you will receive 100% tuition credit* to be used toward future classes/camps, or you may request an 80%** refund of tuition paid.

**We pay a 10% transaction fee for every financial transaction on our registration system. This means when you register, 10% of your tuition payment goes to the registration processing agency, and if you cancel, then we pay 10% times the amount of the refund. So it costs us $20 of the amount if the class/camp tuition when you cancel. We are a non profit, relying on donations, grants & volunteers to operate, we offer scholarships to kids who cannot pay - our budget is narrow, so thank you for understanding our cancellation policy.

How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking, please contact us up to 48 hours prior to the class. You may contact us by phone or email. If we are unable to answer your call, a voice message is an acceptable form of cancellation.
What if I cancel less than 48 hours in advance?
We understand things happen. If you must cancel less than 48 hours in advance of the class, we will be happy to provide you with a credit to be applied to a future class. Please be aware, credits are subject to class availability. Class credits do not expire.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 21 business days from the date of cancellation. Longer delays may apply depending on your finacial institution.
