Service Description
This is a hands-on pasta & pesto making class for adults (age 18 and above). Participants will make pasta dough from scratch, and use various manual kitchen equipment to produce a variety of pasta. Participants will also create their own signature pestos using a mortar & pestle, and a variety of ingredients. Participants will produce enough to take home, and also eat at class. Cancellation Policy
Beginning September 1, 2022, payment must be made at time of registration. Refunds will be given up to 48 hours in advance of class. Cancellations within the 48 hour period will be eligible for a future class credit.* Thank you. *Class credits will be subject to availability.
